I earned my Master of Science in Medical Art from University of Dundee in Dundee, Scotland, graduating with Honors. I studied anatomy, as well as completed coursework in illustration and animation.

For me drawing is like breathing. From the time I could hold a pencil, I drew – with careful attention to detail and color. With my Guatemalan heritage, I feel intricate design and vibrant color is part of my DNA. I love to realistically capture what I see.

 

My goal is to draw in a way that illuminates the subject’s unique qualities and educates the viewers, whether they're students, educators, nurses, or surgeons.

I strive to produce precise and technically accurate drawings. Bottom line: I would love to illustrate something that resonates with you, whether it’s highlighting structures of the brain, exploring webs of blood vessels or nerves, or even showcasing someone's crinkly-nosed grin.
